Scrolling down the page using C# in Selenium to find the Elements to perform the action

Lets assume we are testing Facebook main page and we are trying to find element located at the bottom of the page so while we writing the code we have to scroll down to the page before we perform the action.
we can perform this action in selenium using "using OpenQA.Selenium.Interactions"
In the following code i am opening Facebook website and locating element and performing action where element is located at the bottom of the page.
